The Clerk will be available Monday, Tuesdays, Wednesday and Friday from 9-3.
Court convenes every other Tuesday at 2:00 PM at Town Hall.

All first offense cases involving operating a motor vehicle under the influence (OVI), driving under suspension (DUS), the Financial Responsibility Act (FRA), and DUS-FRA under administrative license suspension (ALS) must be heard within five days.  In these cases, hearings will be scheduled for the first Tuesday after the citation is written.  Magistrate Hume will hold arraignments on Tuesday afternoons at 4:30 PM on the “non-court” weeks if necessary.
